Apple introduced iOS 9, the ninth primary release of the mobile operating system for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch during the World Developers Conference opening on June 8.
iOS 9 introduce new features such as proactive Assistant transit directions on maps, improved multitasking features to the iPad, and more. iOS 9 will be supported by all compatible devices iOS in August.
Apple seeded the first beta version of iOS developers in September on June 18. Apple will release iOS in September later this fall.
